This recipe was given to me while working for American Business Products by Robin Helms, December 1983, my last Christmas there, before going to work with City Business Machines in August, 1984. This has become one of my family's favorites.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese Softened
½ cup peanut butter Crunchy or Smooth
1/4 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz. carton cool whip-Divided into half
1 (9 inch) pie crust Prepared chocolate cookie crumb
DIRECTIONS
Combine: first three ingredients; Cream Cheese, Peanut butter, Milk

Blend together: until smooth.

Add and Mix; Confectioners sugar

Fold in: ½ carton Cool Whip (Use the rest to top the pie with later)

Spoon into: 1 pie crust

Spread: remaining ½ carton cool whip as topping of pie.

You may: Garnish, as desired, with chocolate curls, or plain M & M, or any other type of sprinkles.

Freeze several hours ahead of time before serving. (May be made 1 or 2 days ahead)
