People think it is similuar to an Ambrosia. I have made it for over 30 years and get
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1  Knox Unflavored Gelative
1  8 oz. Cool Whip
1  8 oz. Cream Cheese
1  Can 16 oz. Crushed Pineapple
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cold Water
DIRECTIONS
1) Drain pineapple juice from the can then put the drained


pineapple in a pot, add sugar and bring to a boil, as soon


as it comes to a boil, take off stove and let it cool.


2) Dissolve gelatine with the cold water then add to the


cooled pineapple mixture.


3)Whip cream cheese and cool whip


4)as soon as pineapple mixture is cooled add to cream cheese whip another minute.


5)chill over night. when mixture is gelled you can garnish with cherries.

Hows to do this?
The first instruction is to drain the pineapple and mix with sugar and bring to boil. How do you bring to boil with no liquid in the pineapple/sugar mix?
