RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 Cans of French Cut Green Beans
1 8oz. Sour Cream
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 16 oz. Shredded Cheese
1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers
1 stick of melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Mix together Sour cream & mushroom soup. Drain Green beans & put in a Casserole Dish. Pour Sour crem mix over the beans. Put cheese on top, Then crush Ritz crackers on top of cheese. Spoon melted butter over crackers. Bake


375 for 20-25 min.

High fat and sodium Green Bean Casserole
Please include calorie ,fat and sodium in your recipes. This recipe is a real killer. If you would at least make the soup and sour cream low fat and the canned beans low sodium it would help.
