A great fall and winter dish made with healthy beans. Great served with corn bread.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound ground sirloin
1/2 pound bacon
1 c chopped onion
2 cans (15 oz) pork and beans
1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can butter beans, pinto beans, or white beans, rinsed
1 c ketchup
1 T liquid smoke
1/4 c brown sugar
1 T chopped garlic
3 T white vinegar
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
DIRECTIONS
Brown beef, drain and place in crock pot.


brown chopped bacon with onions, drain and place in crock.


Add all ingredients to crock. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours.


Keep warm at your tailgate party, and serve in large bowls with corn bread.
