RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1lb. ground Beef
1 Small onion
1 small head of cabbage
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Fry: Ground Beef and onions together


Add: sliced cabbage in seperate pot with small amount of water, steam slowly until cabbage is done and water absorbed.


Drain the cooked ground beef and onion in collander, combine steamed sliced cabbage with the meat and onion, Cool thoroughly before putting large tablespoon of meat mixture on 3'x 3' thin square of dough. Fold edges of dough around the meat mixture press to ensure secure hold.


Let rise until double.


Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.

Good recipe, but would have been nicer to have had the bread recipe here too. I had to find another ecipe just for the bread instructions.
