Make these simple appetizers and they'll be the first to run out at a gathering. Just five ingredients make these delicious treats!
Two 8-ounce cans whole water chestnuts
12 ounces sliced bacon, uncooked
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts Recipe at
Wrap drained chestnuts in 1/3 piece of bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Place in two foil lined pie plates or cakepans. Mix brown sugar, chili sauce and mayonaise.Pour over chestnuts and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until bacon is crisp.

in the spirit of Bacon+anything is good...
Hi, I admit I have not tried this one,but it's very similar to another form: Bacon-wrapped dates. Do the same thing, but don't use the sauce, it doesn't need it. You might have to change the bake time, and it's good to use the broiler pan to let the fat drip off. It's wonderful. Thought you might like it. hope you do...
