Great for those saturday breakfasts!
Made this for me and kids on a school holiday, other than my picky sour living kid that hates french toast, this was a hit! I changed it up to make it healthier. I used 6 slices of whole grain bread, increased vanilla to 1 tsp, increased cinnamon to 1 tsp, and omitted the sugar and just put a little agave nectar instead. I didn't use raisens, the kids don't really like them much, and instead of butter, I melted 2 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil.scooped some spoonfuls of greek yogurt as topping.
