Egg Noodle Casserole

We have been enjoying this dish since the early 1970's, it is quick and easy and most people will have the ingredients.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground meat(your preference, we use beef)
1 medium onion
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1/2 of 12 ounce bag of egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
4 slices of bread cubed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
DIRECTIONS
Brown ground meat with chopped onion, drain


In boiling salted water cook egg noodles, drain


Add meat,onion and egg noodles to this mixture:


(Put this mixture in a Corning Ware type casserole dish)


2 cans of soup


drained corn


sour cream


Then:


Top with bread cubes


Drizzle margarine/butter over cubes


Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bread cubes are brown
