1 can Whole Kernel Corn
1 can Cream Style Corn
2 Eggs
1 1/4 C Milk
1 Stick Butter-melted
1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
Salt & Pepper to taste
Baked Corn Casserole Recipe at
Beat eggs, add milk and corn bread mix. Beat well until smooth. sir in corns and seasoning. Last, stir in melted butter. Pour into a greased casserole dish (about 3 qt) and bake

350 for 1 hour or until center is set.

Yummy and Easy Too--Family Favorite
Wow, I can't believe the woman who wouldn't try this because the corn can sizes weren't specified. A regular size 15, 15.5 oz of creamed and regular corn. Geez. I've been making this recipe for Thanksgiving & Christmas and other potlucks for years and EVERYONE loves it. Tasty, moist and a "makes you want more" dish for sure. Try it and you will not be disappointed.
