RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 red bell peppers
olive oil
Roasted Bell Peppers Recipe at Cooking.com
DIRECTIONS
Char peppers over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Enclose in paper bag; let stand 10 minutes. Peel and seed. Cut peppers into 1-inch thick strips. Place strips in a sterilized jar and cover completely with olive oil and seal. Serves as an antipasto.
