Use as bruschetta spread brushed on a slice of bread and topped with diced tomatoes, fresh herbs and cracked black pepper, or for garlic croutons.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
6 garlic cloves, bruised
4 cups olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Place bruised garlic and oil in a saucepan. Heat until mixture is aromatic and just warm to the touch. Cool and pour the oil into the bottles with the garlic cloves. Seal.


Serving Size = 1 Tablespoon
