Pot pie in popable, portable form! Flattening biscuits is a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen. This is a fantastic snack that is super simple to make!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 - Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers or Homestyle Refrigerated Biscuits (1 can)
1 cup cooked chicken, 1/4" cubes. (Great use for leftover rotisserie chicken)
1 10 3/4 ounce can of your favorite cream of chicken soup.
2 cups of your choice veggie mix (canned, frozen, leftover)

DIRECTIONS
Mix chicken, soup, and vegetables in a large glass bowl.


Flatten out biscuits into rounds about 4 inches wide.


Press biscuit rounds into the wells of a greased muffin tin.


Fill biscuit cups with chicken filling.


Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until biscuits look golden and done.
