This smooth, spicy guacamole is much less expensive to make than conventional guacamole. That's why it is favored by taquerias. It happens to be much lower in fat as well.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 jalapeno chile
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 avocado, pitted and peeled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
3 tablespoons diced white onion
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients except the onion in a food processor and process until very smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in the onion.

Serving Size = 2 tablespoons
