1/3 cup whole milk
5 ounce chopped bittersweet chocolate

DIRECTIONS
Stir milk and chocolate in heavy small saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted and smooth.

DO-AHEAD TIP: Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Rewarm stirring constantly over simmering water or very low heat.
