  Yields 1 1/2 cups
A great side dish for any occasion.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small red or while onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2-3  Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in non-metallic bowl and refrigerate at least one hour.

how many oranges?
This looks like a good recipe, and is linked with the Margarita Steak recipe as an accompaniment. But the first ingredient is "Oranges", with no hint of HOW MANY are needed to go with the other measured ingredients listed.
