Yield:  2 servings
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
6 inch corn tortillas
1 egg
1/2 cup half and half
salsa
1/3 cup shredded mexican cheese

DIRECTIONS
Microwave tortillas until soft. Spray 4 inch ramekins or large muffin pan and form tortilla in ramekins or muffin pan.


Beat egg with half and half and pour in tortillas. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of salsa and sprinkle with cheese.


Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes (bake ramekins on a cookie sheet) and serve with salsa.

Can't be right?
6 tortillas, 1 egg and 1/2 cup cream....something's not right here. Would love to try this but the ingredients have to be off.
