Green olive tapenade spread on freshly baked cracker bread is a nice way to kick-off the weekend. Serve with a glass of chilled Chenin Blanc or tropical ice tea. As you relax with a refreshing drink, prepare the steamed salmon and the sabayon sauce. This savory version of sabayon is made from boiled potatoes and garlic. Lightly steam the salmon, and drizzle the sauce over the top. Sorbet is distinguished from sherbet and ice cream by the fact that it contains no dairy products. Plum-raspberry sorbet is an interesting departure from others, as it lists Vodka as one of its key ingredients. Blueberries are a nice substitution for the raspberries.
