These adorable watermelon cups are great for entertaining, but the granita is equally delicious served in small glass bowls. Don't be intimidated by the Italian word "granita." This dessert is one of the easiest to prepare - basically frozen fruit juice that is scrapped with a fork into icy, ruby crystals. Make it ahead and enjoy it all week long.
