Preparation Plan: The asparagus and dressing as well as fruit and caramel sauce can be prepared the day before and chilled. Prepare the Yorkshire puddings while the rib roast is resting (after being removed from the oven). The Brussels sprouts may be made while the Yorkshire pudding is baking. When ready for dessert, gently reheat the caramel sauce and serve.
