Preparation Plan: Make the chocolate mousse and the soup the day before. 6 ½ hours before serving, prepare the apple stuffing and then get the turkey into the oven. Remove the turkey from the oven, then bake off the extra stuffing. Gently reheat the soup and the Brussels sprouts. Meanwhile, make the gravy. Carve the turkey and serve.
