Touch-of-Class Traditional Thanksgiving

Menu email to a friend
A perfectly moist turkey is paired with creamy gravy, a classic potato gratin and a light and sophisticated green bean side-definitely not your mother's casserole. Finish with cool almond creme for a festive palate cleanser.
Preparation Plan: Make the almond cremes the day before. In the morning, cook the gratin (make two for a crowd) up until ready to broil and prepare the dressing for the green beans. 5 to 6 hours before serving, start the turkey. While the turkey rests, reheat and broil the gratins, cook the green beans and prepare the gravy. Carve the turkey, toss the green beans and serve.
