great fritters
I made this recipe but substituted apple juice for the milk. It gave them an extra apple flavor. I will also be trying a few other substitutions like instead of fresh apples use some apple pie filling chopped or canned prepared apples and use the reserved juice in place of milk. I did prefer a bit more sugar and I added apple pie spice in place of just plain cinnamon. Overall it was great and fast!
