Whoever knew mud could taste so delicious.
Cake: 2 sticks butter,
1/3 c. cocoa,
10oz. coconut,
1c. chopped pecans,
4 eggs,
2c. sugar,
1 1/2c. self-rising flour.
1 jar marshmallow creme
Icing: 1 stick butter,
6T. milk,
3T. cocoa,
1 box confectioners sugar.
Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and immediately spread marshmallow creme over cake.

For icing, put butter, milk and cocoa in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add one box confectioner's sugar. An additional 1T. milk may be added to get a smooth consistency.

Swirl the icing through the marshmallow creme to make a marble effect.

It is clear
It is very clear, the marshmallow cream goes on top of the cake after it is baked. Then after spreading the marshmallow cream on top of the cake make the frosting and spread the frosting on top of the marshmallow cream. Once the frosting is on the marshmallow cream take a knife, spoon or fork and make a swirling pattern through the frosting and marshmallow cream to create a marbled appearance. Then eat and enjoy!
