Quick ,easy, extra moist and delicious!
1 boxed yellow cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple in juice
3 eggs
1/2 cup water and all of juice from pineapple
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
8oz. reduced calorie cream cheese
1/2  stick softened butter
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
chopped pecans for garnish

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 11x13" greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool. Turn out onto serving platter or dish. Cool completely.


Cream butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until smooth and creamy. Frost top and sides and garnish top with chopped pecans. Cut into squares and serve.

How many ounces is the can of crushed pineapple?
Can anyone clarify the size can of crushed pineapple, in ounces, that this recipe calls for?
