My Grandma's Baked Beans

1 pound slices Bacon
1C Brown Sugar
2 teas. Garlic
1 teas. Salt
4 large Sweet Onions, chopped
½ C Vinegar
1 tsp. Mustard, I used spicy deli mustard and at least ½ cup
2- 15 oz cans Lima Beans-drained
2- 16 oz can Red Kidney Beans
1- 28 oz can Pork and Beans
2- 16 oz cans White Beans
Fry Bacon slices u til crisp

Remove Bacon drain and crumb and chopped onions, or you can make onion rings, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt and vinegar.

Cover pot, cook on high for about 20 minutes with all beans and crumbed bacon.

Stir ingredients, cover and put in crock pot on high for at least 3 hours or on low all day. Great made ahead, always better the second day.

You can double this for a larger party or lots of left overs, the beans taste even better the next day
