Everyone I have served this dish to just loves it.
4 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup whole milk
3 sliced green onions and some tops
One 10-ounce can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup of the cheese, and onions with potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into an aluminum foil pan; dot top with butter, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, then sprinkle the chopped parsley over all. Place on cooking grill and cook one hour or until potatoes are tender and dish is bubbly.

Super Easy Crowd Pleaser
This was very easy to make and everyone really enjoyed it. If you have a mandoline, slice potatoes at 1/4" or less. And use a mild cheddar that melts well. Sharp cheddars look oily in this dish. Great recipe though... Thanks Jeanne!
