Fix-ahead Mashed Potatoes

It is wonderful to have mashed potatoes for a holiday or party meal, without the last minute preparation. They may be slightly brown on top, and always yummy.
5 lbs potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp.onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Peel, cook, and mash potatoes with milk and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mash together. Place in a well greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Keep in refrigerator as long as two weeks or in freezer for 2 months. When ready to serve, heat in 375 degreeoven for 45 minutes (1 to 1 1/2 hour if frozen.

This is a very good recipe...
This recipe is on the order of my that I make. My recipe can be frozen after you mix every thing together. Than when you want to cook it you just take out of freezer and bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. This recipe is good for the holidays when you have lots of company for dinner.
