Smoked paprika laces a creamy chicken topping.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 loaf french bread, sliced into thin rounds and toasted
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Daisy sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Over medium high heat, sautee the onion in the olive oil until transluscent. Add the chicken, smoked paprika, and chicken broth, stirring well to combine and heat through. Remove from the heat, add the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on the toasted french bread slices.
