Lamb Curry ( My Mum Style)

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
This is our home style Lamb ( She uses Goat meat as I changed it of availibity in USA and Europe) Curry as Saturday Treat
Normally she don't do messure however I did to make standard product for everyone
Lamb – 650 gm
Vegetable  oil – 120 ml
Whole Garam  masala – black pepper , mace , green  cardamom, black cardamom, Cinnamon stick, and bay leaves-12 gm
Fenugreek seed -7gm
Onion – 500 gm
Garlic paste – 60 gm
Ginger paste - 40 gm
Tumeric powder - 10gm
Kasmiri chilli Powder – 9 gm ( Imp to get nice colour because Saturday meal we used to have in open space rooftop with all family and bit late as lunch)
Cumin powder – 20 gm
Coriander – 30 gm
Fresh Tomato paste – 525gm
Salt – 22.5 gm
Fenugreek leaves – 12 gm
Mace powder- 7gm
Cardmom powder – 7 gm
Cinnamon powder – 7 gm
Suchain Pepper powder- 7 gm
Garnish with fresh coriandar leaves
DIRECTIONS
Make oil in pot and put fenugreek seed until it get brwon.


Add Whole Garam Masala.


Add slice Onion and sutee until brown.


Add meat and cook until it is 95 percent done


Add gralic and ginger paste and until nice aroma come and keep string.


Add water if needed


add salt and turmeric


Add chopped Tomato cook untl it melted .


Add all powder spice


And stil nicely and leave in slow heat .


When oil comes on top , its ready and finish with fresh coriander.
