Best mac n cheese ever. Very easy to make. Please remember to cover with aluminum foil.
1 box (16 oz) of macaroni
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of milk
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
4 cups of shred cheese (Sharp Cheddar)
Cooking spray oil
Cook macaroni in boiling water for about 5 minutes. DO NOT cook all the way or you’ll have mashed macaroni and cheese.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Melt butter, add flour. Whisk until it’s smooth. Add milk, eggs and 2 cups cheese. Boil until cheese is almost melted. Be sure to watch so eggs don’t cook.

Lightly spray roasting pan with cooking spray oil. Pour macaroni into pan. Add cheese sauce and mix. Add the rest of the cheese and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with aluminum foil please.

@Artie, sorry you weren't able to follow my instructions. I make this for my children, neices and nephews and it's a hit! You're making a cheese sauce so yes the milk is heated and the instructions state that. You must have missed a step.
