RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped dill
3 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream

DIRECTIONS
Place cucumbers onion, dill and chicken stock in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, turn down to a simmer and cook until soft. Allow to cool then puree in a food processor. Return to saucepan, add cream and reheat slowly. Do not boil. Serve garnished with dill.

Confusing or incorrect directions
This is titled Chilled Cucumber and Dill Soup yet the last instruction is to reheat it slowly with the cream then serve. Which is it?
