  Makes 1 1/2 cups
Serve cold with ice cream, or warm with a chocolate fudge cake or brownies.
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 squares semisweet cooking chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon dark rum, brandy or liqueur of your choice
Chocolate Sauce Recipe at
Bring cream and butter to a boil in a small saucepan. Add chocolate and rum, remove from heat and stir until chocolate is melted. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days but is best served immediately.

Serving Size = 2 Tablespoon
