Enjoy guilt-free flavor with these simple Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Goat Cheese-Basil Sauce. They’re lean, tender and sure to be a crowd favorite!
1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), trimmed
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning
2 teaspoons olive oil
12 mini rolls, (1 1/2-x-2-inches), split and toasted
6 romaine leaves, torn
2 plum tomates , each cut into 6 slices

Goat-Cheese Basil Sauce
4 ounces soft goat cheese, at room temperature (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch black pepper
Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Goat Cheese-Basil Sauce Recipe at
Cut pork about 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle pork on all sides with the seasoning. Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook, turning once, until the pork is browned, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.

For sauce, stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.

Place the tenderloin in the rolls, top with lettuce, tomatoes and serve with Goat Cheese- Basil Sauce or sauce of your choice.
