4 Cheese Easy Fondue

To encourage talking around the table nothing works as well as this cheesy fondue with an Italian zing! It cooks itself in a crockpot - the only work is chopping up the veggies
1 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Shredded Monteray Jack Cheese
1/2 C. Gorgonzola (Italian Blue)Cheese Crumbled
1 pkg (3oz) Cream Cheese - cut into pieces
3/4 C. Whole Milk
2 T. Sour Cream
1/4 C. Finely minced green Onion
2 Cloves Garlic - minced finely
1 T. All-purpose Flour
2 shakes of crushed red pepper (2 pinches?)
6 shakes of hot sauce (you decide)
1/4 t. Cumin ground
2 T. Butter
Combine all cheeses into a small crockpot along with milk and sour cream and green onions. Cover and cook on low couple hours stirring several times to blend cheeses and all lumps are gone.

in small frypan over medium heat, melt butter, add the hot stuff and garlics, before garlic browns add cumin, stir,

add flour - when butter has soaked all butter up and gets slight gold color add contents of frypan to crockpot and turn heat up to high. Cook 1 more hour.

While final cooking cut up veggies (zucchini sticks, carrot sticks, fresh broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes,

celery sticks, green, yellow and orange pepper rings, any other veggies you would like) and assemble with two kinds of breadsticks (with and without

sesame seeds)for dipping.

If you cut the sticks long enough you can use without

fondue forks/skewers. Even a good crusty bread chunked up is great with this. Turn heat off when serving.
