Juicing and blending are the best way to incorporate raw foods easily and simply into your diet. When you start incorporating these raw foods, you will start to “crowd out” processed, denatured foods that have no nutrients but lots of calories!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 cucumber
1 beet
1 clove garlic
1 slice ginger
1 slice turmeric
1 radish
1 cup sprouts
DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in blender until they reach your preferred consistency.
