Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

Yield:  24 artichoke hearts
This is a quick simple appetizer that gets rave reviews. I bring these to work for parties and they are gone within minutes.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb of bacon
2 jars or marinated quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 c brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees


2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil


3. Cut the pound of bacon in half


4. Take one strip of bacon and wrap around the artichoke heart


5. Once you have rolled all the artichokes and placed on the cookie sheet sprinkle with brown sugar.


6. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked the way you like it.


7. Enjoy!!!
