Bacon & cheese egg roll

Total Time:  45 Minutes
1 package bacon thin cut
10-14 cheese sticks(pepperjack, mozzarella, American etc.)
10-14 spring roll wraps
First off bake bacon in oven until done, not to crispy, you want it pliable to wrap the cheese stick with it, let's say 350 for 20 min. (A package of bacon usually holds between 10 to 14 slices.)

When the bacon cools off a bit were you can handle it, wrap the slices around the cheese sticks. (You can use any kind of cheese that is firm but does melt.) Place the wrapped cheese in the spring roll and wrap like and egg roll, you may have to use an egg wash or water to seal the edges.

You then fry it in oil whether in a deep fryer or on the stove for about 4 min. or until golden brown.
