RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 LOAVES STALE RAISIN BREAD
PINT HALF & HALF
PINT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
10 LARGE EGGS BEATEN
2 TBLSPNS VANILLA EXRACT
SYRUP(HEATED)

DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. IN A LARGE BOWL WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, CREAM, HALF & HALF, AND VANILLA. CUT OR TEAR BREAD INTO LARGE PIECES. SPRAY A 9X13 PAN AND PLACE BREAD PIECES. SLOWLY POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER BREAD. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL SET. (IT WILL LOOK LIKE BREAD PUDDING)


HEAT SYRUP AND SERVE. YOU CAN ALSO SERVE THIS WITH BACON OR SAUSAGE.

Good basic
Perhaps David could be more snooty--too much time on your hands? This is a standard brad pudding recipe with the raisin bread twist--they are good fun and no one ever said they were slimming!
