Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Total Time:  1 Hour 30 Minutes
2 cups chopped celery,
2 cups chopped carrots,
1 medium onion diced,
1.5 lbs cooked chicken
4tbsp Franks hot sauce,
1 tsp vinegar,
1 tbsp butter,
1tsp garlic
ONE 8oz. pkg cream cheese,
16oz blue cheesse (you can add the dry crumbles if you like)
8oz. shredded cheddar cheese,
16 oz chicken stock,
1 can of cream of chicken or cream of celery soup.
Place all items in LARGE pot or in Crock Pot, cook on low (45 mins to one hour for stove top) 8-12 hours for crock pot. stir frequently.

garnish with shredded cheddar and and more Franks hot sauce to taste. Serve with fresh bread for dipping. :)
