RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons ground ginger
4 tablespoons finely ground black pepper
3 tablespoons dried orange peel, ground
1/2 teaspoon ground mace
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients until well blended.


Store in airtight jars or tins in a cool, dark place for up to two months.
