RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breast (boiled and cut into bite size pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
8 oz sour cream
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
2 packages of Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Crush one package of Ritz crackers and spread on bottom of 8 1/2 x 11 dish. Put a layer of water chestnuts and then layer cut up chicken on top of that. In separate bowl mix together soups and sour cream (with salt and pepper to taste) and carefully pour over chicken. Melt butter in microwave. Crush last package of Ritz crackers and mix with butter (in a ziplock bag is best) and spread on top of casserole. Preheat over to 350 and bake for 30 minutes. Let it sit for couple of minutes to thicken.
