RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Large Chicken Breast
2 Table Spoon Olive Oil
1 Table Spoon Of Butter
2 Cloves Garlic Smashed
1/2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Papprika
1/2 Salt
1/2 Pepper
1 1/2 Table Spoon Of Hot Peri Peri Sauce
3 Thin Slice Of Cucumber
3 Lettuce Leaves
2 Slices Of Bread Toasted
Rosemary And Thyme (Dried) For Taste
DIRECTIONS
First pour the olive oil on a hot pan, while waiting it to heat up. Place the dry rubs on the chicken breast Garlic Powder, Papprika, Salt, Pepper, Brown Sugar, Rosemary And Thyme. Once the pan is hot place the chicken breast on the pan, while cooking place the butter and the smashed garlic. Cook each side about 3-5mins. When its almost done, place the hot peri peri sauce directly on the chicken breast and let it cook for a bout a minute. Once done toast ur bread place it on a plate with the cucumber and letuce and place ur chicken breast onto it. The left over seasoning on the pan serves as the sauce, pour thm onto the chicken and serve.
