Yield:  Makes 3 dozen
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2-3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2-3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
6 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls Recipe at Cooking.com
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl mix together sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Dough will be loose. Form 1-2 inch balls from the dough. Refrigerate balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip balls in chocolate with either a toothpick or a fork. Set on wax paper and cool.

I love these! I like mine a little bit more soft in the middle so I use a little less powdered sugar and they roll nicely. I also like them dipped in melted Reeses chips too! Either way-I can eat them by the dozens! They're delicious!
