- 4 cups cooked pasta, rinsed
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup frounceen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 sliced jalapeño, for garnish
- 1/2 cup Annie's Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook and drain pasta according to instructions on package. Rinse with cold water.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill several hours before serving to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature or chilled with sliced jalapeños as garnish.
