- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash Angustora bitters
- 1/2 cup chilled Champagne
- Lemon peel
Stir sugar and bitters in pre-chilled Champagne glass. Add Champagne.
Twist lemon peel over and drop into glass.
Tip: If you are using homemade chicken stock for this recipe, make sure that it comes straight out of the refrigerator. Strain it so that no particles of congealed fat fall into the soup.
