A yummy take on a crab dip my mom makes at every social gathering. Perfect dressed up with scallions for a formal get together or as is for a tailgate party! This recipe was developed for a baby shower I did for my sister, and they disappeared!
1 pkg. (16 oz.) imitation or lump crab meat, flaked.
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese
Cocktail sauce
1 pkg wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take two wonton squares and press them into a muffin pan (size is up to you) to form little cups.

Bake them in a 350 degree oven until they are brown and crunchy. Approx. 10 minutes.

In the interim, mix the crab meat, sour cream and cream cheese together in a bowl. Mix with clean hands to get it really incorporated!

After the cups cool, scoop the crab mixture into each cup.

Top with a spoonful of Cocktail sauce.

Real crabmeat only
This recipe should be made with real crabmeat only--Dungeness is a good choice. If you are using fake crab/surimi, don't bother.
