Creamy Bacon and Chive Topped Tomatoes Recipe at
Remove core of tomatoes and cut in half horizontally. Lightly brown the cut side of the tomato in a skillet with olive oil.

Combine sour cream, cooked crumbled bacon, chives, garlic and black pepper in a bowl, while tomatoes are cooking.

Carefully turn tomatoes over and spoon an equal amount of sour cream mixture onto each tomato half. Add oil, cover and cook until thoroughly heated, 2 to 3 minutes longer. Remove from heat and serve on platter.

Picture does not match the recipe
The picture appears to have chopped ripe olives and croutons sprinkled on top - this would add to the recipe for a side dish. How about also adding canned tuna or chicken and serve in a lettuce cup for brunch or lunch.
