- 1 1/2 ounces pita pocket
- 1 ounce yogurt dressing
- 3 ounces oven roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
- 1 ounce cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 ounce lettuce, shredded
- 1 ounce hummus
- As desired: orzo salad, chopped black olives and lemon zest
Cut pita pocket in half.
Spread yogurt dressing throughout interior. Lay turkey inside and place remaining ingredients atop turkey.
Serve with orzo salad topped with chopped black olives and lemon zest.
