This aromatic garnish is traditionally made with lemon peel. Here orange peel is used instead. To make the minced orange peel, it's best to remove the peel in wide strips using a vegetable peeler. Use a small sharp knife, cut off any white pith from the orange strips, then mince the strips with a knife.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 tablespoon minced orange peel (orange part only)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
Other necessary recipes:
Braised Beef Short Ribs with Carrots, Parsnips and Orange Gremolata
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

Serving size 1 tablespoon
