Peking Chicken

All the taste of Peking Duck but with less calories
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 rotisserie chicken
hoisin sauce approx 1/2 c
pepperidge farm puff pastry shells
1 bunch green onion
1 cucumber peeled and finely diced
DIRECTIONS
Bake puff pastry shells per package instructions. Cool completely.


Remove skin from dark meat of rotisserie chicken


Cut green onion into small pieces using both the white and green parts


Spread small amt of hoisin sauce inside puff pastry shell.


Layer chicken, onion, and cucumber on top of hoisin sauce.


Decorate withswirl of hoisin sauce and green onion.
